Intro. Statistics
Worldwide WHO statistics as of the end of 2018 show that among all types of cancer in women, cancer of the body and cervix is 13%, ovarian cancer 5%, vaginal cancer 1.5% Thus, the proportion of oncological diseases of the gynecological system is 19.5% of all types of cancer in women. This means that out of five women diagnosed with cancer, one has cancer through gynecology.
If you look at statistics by type of cancer lesions in the female system, then cervical cancer is 44.8%, cancer of the body of the uterus 18.1%, ovarian cancer 29.7% and 7.4% in total are cancer of the vagina, vulva, fallopian tubes, choriocarcinoma. p>
If you look at age statistics, oncology in the female system is most common starting from the period before menopause, in menopause and after menopause, reaching its peak by 60-65 years. But at the same time, it should be noted that 36% of all cancer cases in the female system occur at the age of 30-45 years. See chart.
The worst cancer situation in the female system is in Bolivia, Indonesia, Laos, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, England, Norway, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Dagestan. The most favorable situation for this group of diseases is in Egypt, the Congo, and the Republic of Niger. China also belongs to this group, although for most other oncological diseases, China is in the world’s leading five. The situation is also less favorable in Iran, Syria, Libya, Morocco and Malawi.
It is not necessary to say that non-developed countries are more susceptible to oncology. Developed countries are abundantly present on this list, although I have not mentioned all of them. In other matters, you yourself can look at the map compiled by the World Health Organization for the gynecological group of diseases based on the results of 2018.
Features of the gynecological system.
The reproductive system, in both men and women, has an amazing ability to respond to alternative therapies. This is largely due to the active blood flow in the reproductive systems of both sexes. And for women, it also depends on the pH level of the environment in the vaginal area, which has a rather acidic pH reaction (3.8-4.5) throughout the entire reproductive period. At the end of the cycle, in menopause and postmenopause, the pH rises to 5.5-6.2 and 7.1-7.5, respectively, which is an increase in infectious risks and a weakening of the catabolic activity of the system.
It is well known that in women with active pelvic movement, the pH of the vaginal environment is always more acidic than in sedentary women. The acidic environment of the body protects it from infections, which is why the acidic environment is where there is constant contact with the outside world. This is the stomach with its internal pH of gastric juice from 1.2 to 1.9, where infections and alkaline substances enter with food, as well as our skin with a pH of its surface from 4.0 to 5.7.
I am focusing on this because even with a normal level of reproductive hormones, a violation of the general metabolic processes in the body can compound the situation with a violation of the pH of the environment in the gynecological system, which will become another additional path to problems with the female health.
In the total composition of the vaginal ecosystem, the proportion of lactobacilli (Dederleind’s rods) is 96-98%. Being microaerophilic bacteria, they produce the formation of lactic acid, which determines the pH of the vagina and prevents the growth of many pathogenic bacteria and fungi. But in small quantities, as a variant of the norm, pathogens are present on the mucous membranes of the mouth, intestines and vagina. And this rate is controlled by the pH of the internal environment, which is already determined by the presence in the body of a sufficient amount of carboxylic acids that are formed during digestion. Therefore, nutrition is directly related to the problems of the female system, not only in terms of its pH, but also in terms of hormonal levels.
The risk group primarily includes women with a hypotonic constitution, with the presence of anemia. In the future, this is a direct group of oncological risk. The main task for them is to activate the acid digestion system, the state of the nervous system that can inhibit the function of the proton pump.and normalization of blood depot homeostasis (iron, ferritin, transferrin).
Precancerous resistance measures
I have given so many lines to fungal infection because the condition of the mucosal layer is important, as malignancy in many cases develops from it. Since this is a common occurrence among women today, there must be an understanding of the risks in solving this problem. In most cases (80%-90%), the fungus that causes vaginal infections is Candida Albicans (White Candida). Other fungi that can cause vaginal infections also belong to the Candida genus – Candida Glabrata (Candida Glabrata), Candida Parapsilosis (Candida parapsilosis) and Candida Tropicalis (Candida tropical).
If we consider that approximately 15% of women of childbearing age are carriers of pathogens of vaginal candidiasis, which is completely asymptomatic, then promiscuous contact with a male is a risk factor. I’m not talking about sexual emancipation during sexual contact, when it is desirable for a woman to know in what condition the oral cavity (teeth) of her partner is. It should also be noted that vaginal candidiasis is often a companion of hidden more dangerous diseases. Therefore, self-treatment is not the most correct way if there is no accurate data on the pathogen.
Almost all women in these cases are prescribed antifungal drugs of various forms of application. As a rule, these are derivatives of Triozolin, Mestamidine, Chlorhexidine, Clotrimazole, in which the common derivative parent is Imidazole. The modern dynamic world is looking for quick and convenient ways to solve the problem, so many women prefer the use of vaginal suppositories, such as Livarol, Timafucin, Candide B, Terzhinan and the like. And here I would like to note one important nuance that is hidden behind the unconditional and rapid effectiveness of all these substances – stereochemical prolongation.
– Livarol (Ketoconazole C26H28Cl2N4O4) right-hand rotation N amination product – imidazole derivative (C3H4N2) -1977. Imidazole isomeric to pyrazole
– Imidazole is synthesized by decarboxylation of 4,5-imidazole dicarboxylic acid obtained by oxidation of benzimidazole
– Benzimidazole (C7H6N2) is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, the structure of which includes conjugated rings of Benzene and Imidazole.
– Benzene (C6H6) – hydrocarbon, part of gasoline . Widely used in the production of plastics, synthetic rubber and permanent dyes.
– Pyrazole – (C3H4N2) nitrogen-oriented substance – analogue of Pyrrole.
– Pyrrole – (C4H5N) found in bone oil and coal tar. Pyrrole rings are part of the porphyrins of plant chlorophyll and heme of hemoglobin.
As we can see, nitrogen closes the chains of formulas, which indicates that these substances have a residual amine orientation with the formation of right-sided stereochemistry of molecules in the body.
I have written in previous articles that right spin in living organisms always leads to malignancy. Therefore, despite the pronounced effectiveness of the substances used in the fight against vaginal candidiasis, we lay a long-range mechanism for the risk of cell degeneration. This is provided that nothing has been done after the treatment in order to establish the correct metabolic process in the body and, as a result, the hormonal background. If the rules that I voice in the article on the causes of cancer are not followed, then the risks will definitely be very high.
In fact, dysplasia and hyperplasia are the path to cancer diagnosis, and metaplasia is the zero stage of cancer. If at the same time there is still a problem with the level of hormones, then there is no need to guess how it will all end. What can be advised to women in this situation, when they have undergone official treatment, but feel that the effect should be strengthened and directed in a preventive direction.
Many people use tar soap, potassium permanganate, chamomile, calendula, wormwood, etc. for self-treatment. It is believed that all folk recipes can give a short-term visible effect, but they cannot eliminate the problem itself. In part, this is a true assessment of the possibilities of traditional medicine, but this assessment takes into account only the effectiveness of substances prepared in a generally traditional way. What is the feature? All of the above substances, up to any variants of medicinal plants, will be alkalis, taking into account how they are prepared. Therefore, they will always alkalize the system, be the conductors of photosynthesis and affect the stereochemistry of the mucous layer, even if the pH of the decoction is acidic. Remember the lemon juice, right? Therefore, the substance administered orally musthave certain properties that do not inhibit the homeostasis of the mucous layer in terms of pH and spatial orientation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to use exclusively aerobic enzymes, kvass, or special substances, such as Bolotov’s balm or PAIR activated solution. But douching alone may not be enough if hormonal disruptions occur. Here, an integrated approach is already needed, taking into account all the features of violations.
To help those women who don’t really like to visit clinics and practice self-medication, I wrote an article “Regulation of hormonal disorders with herbal substances” (here), which is located on this resource. This can be of particular help, especially to women in the post-menopausal period, who are already out of the habit of visiting the gynecologist. And in this period, the level of hormones is no less important than in reproductive age, since estrogen and progesterone that have not calmed down can stimulate oncological diseases, and hormones that have not risen above the clouds of LH and FSH can stimulate serious problems in the brain, up to tumors. In the same article you will find the names of plants that can be used for cancer.
